Return & Refund Policy
In case you’re not fully satisfied with your free first trial, kindly contact our friendly customer service team within 45 days at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will carry out the verification process for the refund. Once a return, all G-Points associated with the refund transaction will be removed.
- The return request must be made within 45 business days from the order received date. Once your request has been processed, we’ll WhatsApp you to notify you.
- The return item must be return to Gritz within 7 business days upon Gritz’s approval of your request.
- Return Item(s) MUST be in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way.
- Any shipping costs associated with the return of the item(s) will NOT be covered by Gritz.
- The Customer shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the returned item until it reaches us. Gritz will not be liable for any damage or loss of the product prior to Gritz receiving it.
- The customer is advised to pack the returned item securely to avoid any damages to the item, shipping box, or its original packaging.
- For refunds, you will be credited with the full value of the product, excluding the shipping fee and coupon or G-Points used.
- Any items returned without Gritz’s approval will not be accepted, refunded, or returned to the sender.
- Please be advised that Gritz tracks all returns for return abuse and reserves the right to regulate the number of exchanges or returns at any time.
